Clinical Specialties
Patients of every age can turn to Dr. Olugbenga for primary care that prioritizes prevention and practical advice. She welcomes routine questions, ongoing condition check-ins, conversations about wellness, and any health topic that's been weighing on you. Her style combines medical expertise with genuine curiosity about how her patients live, by recognizing that habits, surroundings, and routines all play a role in health. She wants every patient to leave with actionable steps they can use in their daily lives and a care plan that doesn't feel overwhelming.
Her background in addiction medicine includes assessment and treatment support for alcohol withdrawal and other substance-related concerns that can be safely managed within a virtual setting. She relies on evidence-based methods that help patients understand their symptoms and move toward safer patterns of care. Her work in this area reflects the belief that every person deserves compassionate support without judgment. She focuses on stability, safety, and clear communication so that patients know what to expect during each step.
Dr. Olugbenga provides care in women’s health that includes cycle-related concerns, hormonal questions, menopause support, and guidance related to reproductive health. She offers education and discussion-based care that helps patients understand changes in their bodies and the range of options available to them. Her interest in this field grew from years of listening to women who needed someone who would take their concerns seriously and explain issues in a calm and respectful way.
Her experience with chronic disease management includes hypertension, type 2 diabetes, asthma, COPD, thyroid disorders, anxiety, depression, obesity concerns, nutrition questions, insomnia, and sleep-related issues. Many of these conditions require follow-up, education, and lifestyle adjustments. Through telehealth visits, she reviews symptoms, medications, and daily patterns that influence long-term health. She helps patients understand what each condition means, how it progresses, and what steps may improve daily life. Many patients appreciate the way she breaks complex topics into simple, manageable information.
She offers evaluation and guidance for joint pain, strains, sprains, and minor musculoskeletal concerns. While telehealth does not allow for hands-on procedures, a discussion-based assessment can still identify helpful next steps. Dr. Olugbenga walks patients through symptom patterns, movement-related changes, and possible causes of discomfort. She explains which issues can be managed with home-based care and which require an in-person visit.
Patients can come to her for concerns like colds, flu, sinus infections, sore throat, suspected strep, pink eye, headaches, seasonal allergies, skin rashes, and minor injuries that can be evaluated through video. Telehealth gives you a way to get medical input from the comfort of home, which is useful when symptoms feel manageable or when you're unsure whether you need to be seen in person. Dr. Olugbenga walks patients through their options so they understand what's safe to treat at home and what warrants a face-to-face appointment.

She cares deeply about providing patients with a plan built around their actual schedule, their budget, and what they're realistically able to commit to.
